UH Women's Studies Alumna Publishes New Book

  • Elline Lipkin, research scholar at the Center for the Study of Women at UCLA, has just published Girls' Studies, exploring the dynamics involved in the socialization of girls in the U.S.
  • Lipkin received her Ph.D. in creative writing from UH in 2003 and completed the Graduate Certificate in Women's Studies.
  • Lipkin won the Women's Studies Dissertation Fellowship in 2002-03
